Custom color for app icon

It would be really cool if we could select any color for App Icon. Now we are limited to a selection of colors and some important are missing. Like pure black.

How about Transparent please.  And support native sizes of App Icons on all phones.  Pinned App Icons are  tiny on Samsung phones.
