Date field not enabled properly

Author Name: Paul Stead

If a date field is set to read-only in the form customizations, a javascript call to setDisabled for that control with a value of 'false' will only enable the image element. The text box input element will remain disabled.

The date can be selected in the calendar popop and the value appears in the text box but the value will not be saved.

Repro: Set field 'read-only' in form editor, and then in script enable it by setDisabled(false) - The calendar does not work/the field appears to be editable, but the new value is not saved.
