DatePicker: select first day of the week

Currently DatePicker will automatically pick Sunday as the first day of the week. While this is OK for some cultures, others use different day as the first day of the week. For us it is Moday.

Please make the first day of the week selectable in DatePicker properties.

This functionality is important for the user experience in Europe.

Without this choice, the End User seems to be confused.
