Edit Version Notes

Please provide a way to edit version notes post-publish. It is very annoying to have to either wait for an auto-save or to overwrite the existing app to get to the version notes.

Definately needed feature. for example importing app to prod environment it is annoying that you cannot edit version note after adding app to different environment.
