Email Template should have option to copy Image directly. (ID #4311)

Email Template should have option to paste Image Directly without any Web Site Link.  Every time when customer/use would like to use Image in Email Template they needs to upload image somewhere in Web, which is unnecessary step to follow.

this is very important to a few of my customers and is holding up a large opportunity for me. They want seamless copy and paste to Dyn email editor and easy resize options.
