Powerapps Monitor and Test Studio are available tools in the Powerapps Studio.
However, when an app is selected in the Solution View, only monitor is available in the menu. To enter Test Studio, you have to exit solution view, edit app outside of the solution, and open Test Studio through the Powerapps Studio.
Idea: Add button to open Test Studio directly for that selected app without needing to edit app.
