Flashing Icon in Microsoft Teams Sidebar

When using a powerapps in the microsoft teams sidebar it would be great if the icon could flash based on parameters within the app.

 

I used a powerapp to send tasks to our team in a gallery. It would be good if this could flash when the gallery contained an item.
