Forgot my password query amendment

I believe the query used to send an email with a reset password on the Power App Portal could do with the additional condition of enabled login equals true from the contact record in Dynamics.  At the moment it seems to just look for a contact based on email address, which is fine but if you have contacts that have the same email address, e.g. contacts from the same household, but they have just one portal account, they can't reset their password.
