Full support for reading and writing to Sharepoint Choice fields, including ones with multiple selections enabled, is essential for PowerApps to be a viable platform.

Choice fields should also be available in the Browse screen layout. At the moment, Choice fields are not available for display.
I agree... this should be a basic thing
Allow to select default value of choice field in edit form.

This is a great functionality addition and will make the apps I've created so much simpler. I was just curious to see when you think this will be in production.

Of course this is only temporary until it becomes OOB.
I'm a little confused since I was able to recreate the choice column I was having problems with and it works fine to update the value from the PowerApp, no workaround required. So it would seem this support is already available. What is planned per this topic -- perhaps multiple value support?
