Full support for Sharepoint Choice fields

Full support for reading and writing to Sharepoint Choice fields, including ones with multiple selections enabled, is essential for PowerApps to be a viable platform.

Choice fields should also be available in the Browse screen layout. At the moment, Choice fields are not available for display.

You know I've had to create a flat text field and use SharePoint designer workflow to update the label field with text from choice field. It will really be help to have this field available on Power Apps.

Just in case anyone is interested, there is a work-around for patching to choice fields:

Of course this is only temporary until it becomes OOB.

I'm a little confused since I was able to recreate the choice column I was having problems with and it works fine to update the value from the PowerApp, no workaround required. So it would seem this support is already available. What is planned per this topic -- perhaps multiple value support?
