Gallery Snapping Scroll

I would love to be able to control the snapping action of Gallery items so the user can't half way scroll to an item.  This is useful for full screen galleries like an image or in my case, a contact record.

This is marked as Completed but I can't find an option for this in the gallery properties. How do we enable this feature?

Not sure why this was marked "Completed". This feature seems to still be missing in 2021. Without it, the experience of a horizontal gallery is pretty poor on touch screens where a user can inadvertently scroll contiguously instead of browsing one gallery item at a time using the navigation control (even with ShowScrollbar=false, ShowNavigation=true, NavigationStep=1).
