Hide Formatting Bar for Rich Text Fields in View Mode

The formatting "ribbon" for rich text fields still shows up in view mode. This looks extremely clunky as well as unnecessary as the users will never need the formatting bar in view mode.

Yep just ran into this same issue bit of an oversight given that none of the rest of the controls behave in this way.Capture.PNG

Yes please remove bar - totally unnecessary in view mode
