Implementing Textbox on keydown event property in PowerApps

Hi Team,

I have a requirement with one of the clients where client wants to implement a validation as "Submit button" should be visible only if we have value in the textbox as soon as user key-in text in the textbox.  Like how we have in .net object model as onkeydown event.

Now I don't see that property in PowerApps and I really appreciate if we could add this property also.

I am very much welcome to see if there are any workaround for this.
