Layout templates for forms

We have to provide several data forms to write data into several data sources and fields. The canvas app use tablet layout and the Microsoft default layout doesn't cover our design requirements. for example font, font-size, color schemas. It is very hard and cost a lot of time to assign the design to all  forms and controls. One help is the option to set a reference to a 'desinged' control for each property. It would be a massive enhancement, if I could do this by

• select several controls in their data cards at once and to change them at the same time (this is possible with controls outside of datacards)
• copy one designed control and paste it to the form (this is possible with controls outside of datacards)
• change the standard layout for my apps
• do any of these changes programmatically for example with powershell
