Another option could be integrating the engine of Microsoft Learn: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ and allow the publishing, management and tracking of training material for customers.
It would be very useful to provide customer training features, a topic that can generate higher customer engagement and that is currently supported by competitive platforms.
