often, a customer asks for a real-small change, but its impossible, cause a form is not configurable. E. g.: - We can not add some information to the close-opportunity/quote/order-activity. But it would be helpfull to see the new state of the opp/Quote/order in the record-close-activity - we can also not change the design of the email-template form and picker. Some of our customers have around 500+ email-templates, that are used frequently. But you have no chance to categorize them, so that each template could be found quickly.
