Lock components to not be selected

I would like to have the ability to lock some components (as layers) in order to not move or change in case I need to select multiple components in the screen by using the mouse selection.

This would help us to make sure that when selecting a bunch of components, we make sure that the ones that we don't need to touch are not selectable.

- Would work like Photoshop where you can lock layers -
