-User created a Queue in CRM
-User configured the active mailbox with the Queue
-However users don't want any activities to be created in the Queue item when an email is received in the mailbox
-Since the option to select None isn't available on Track option emails received in the mailbox gets created as a queue item in the Queue
-Under Queue we have the option Email Settings->Convert Incoming emails to Activities
-The options available are
1] All email messages
2] Email messages in response to CRM email
3] Email messages from Leads Contact and Accounts
4] Emails messages from CRM records that are email enabled
- We need to have the None option so that user can choose none of the emails being created as queue item under queues
