Please add a field that stores a datetime as it was entered by the user and not saved as GMT. This is important when you are trying maintain data that is for a specifc local timezone and you don't want crm changing the datetime you entered.
This is especially important in Financial Institutions where a datetime, no matter where you are in the world, is never converted to localtime. For example security trade dates, settlement dates; they are relative to exchanges and not users.
Some of our global working customers have sent birthday greetings to early or to late because of this wonderfull GMT datetime fields. In my opinion datetime fields should be timezone neutral per default. In some rare situation GMT datetime fields are necessary...
