Please allow editing process steps in the workflow editor when there is an error in the step's definition

Author Name: DANIEL WESTLAKE

In the Workflow designer if a steps depends on something that is removed, the step cannot be corrected because it is disabled.  The tool tip on the error icon states, "This step is disabled because it refers to an entity, step, argument, or variable that no longer exists."

Please do not disable the step, instead allow me to correct the error.  It is extremely time consuming, tedious, and error prone to delete and recreate the step that has a missing dependency and consequently all steps that depends on that step.
