Please make controls lockable

Hi,

For example, if I insert a rectangle as a background, I want to lock it and forget. Otherwise, I have been accidentally click on it.

Also, it will be good if you can have layers within a screen. that being say, i can put all my backgroud controls on layer 2 and lock layer 2.
