Power BI tile - filtering and refresh

The Power BI tile should be able to take filtering parameters and have a function to refresh it's data.
Seems easy to develop and would make the tile so much more useful!

Depending on the scenario the CDS TDS end point may unblock this!

The Power BI Tile control has now been updated to support both refresh and and support multiple filters.
