Powerapps Viewer for Sharepoint Lists

Would be nice if MS provided a viewer for users that do not modify powerapps but only use them to access or complete forms on Sharepoint lists.  It seems ridiculous that we have to pay a minimum of $7 per user per month on top of the per user cost for Sharepoint.  Especially if you plan to phase out Sharepoint Designer and Infopath forms.  Would be better to create a sharepoint option - ie, Sharepoint w Powerapps viewer for $7 per user per month which would include Plan 1 plus the Powerapps Viewer.
