Release notes

When we save our app, I think it would be a good idea to have a Release Note box that I could post in explaining what I changed in this update of the app. 

When I publish that version then all of those notes per save are then put together and then displayable to the public. 

Or if that's too much then just have it where I can type in what I last edited as sometimes I go many days without editing an app and I don't remember what I changed last and this would be good to know.
