Dynamics Server-Side syncronization for incoming email.
Currently it connects to Exchange mailbox and gathers all items inside Inbox mail folder.
However, sometimes there can be also items which are not type of email like (skype voicemail, SMS through activesync, IPM.Note etc). This is generating Error in CRM mailbox alerts. Since syncronizaton of those is not supported. Then no error should be generated.
Current impact is that users who use also other Exchange functionality, have every day a tons of CRM Alerts which are related to their mailbox sync errors regarding those items
