I agree with the previous comments. It does not make sense that this powerfull platform can not be used to surface online services to the general public accessing my organization public site. In our case, we are a public organization and it does not seems reasonable to require that the residents would need O365 licenses to consume our online services. It needs to be available to anonymous users. When you think this can be available?
There is today no supported way of adding data from anonymous users into SharePoint Online after the "anonymous access" option dissappeared some time ago. Please give us a solution for this. It would add a tremendous amount of increased business value to SharePoint Online. Today we have to make workarrounds using components like flow/webservices and third party forms using emails to achieve this. Not very streamlined.
