Please give ability to use share point folders as data storage.
One drive for business is ok, but for sharing files with others, sharepoint folders would be ace.
@CP153319 shout out to any fellow "rare birds" out there 👍
Not quite on the level of the poster (coding is where I lose it) but as we don't have an on-site IT team I'm the one that's turned to and I'm constantly looking for ways to improve how we work.
PowerApps seemed like a good move but the simple things I've wanted to do haven't worked and I can't find many uses with the templates given, similar to Power Automate.
waiting for this
My Power App works fine with Excel Online (OneDrive).
Need to use an Excel Online (Business) connector, so that I can host the Excel file somewhere other than my personal corporate OneDrive space.
Why is that connector only available for Flow/Automate and not PowerApps?
Come'on guys it's been 3 years! I want to build a PowerApp using my Team's spreadsheet in SharePoint. How hard is that?
This feature is fundamental, please, lot of people need it
@Audrie-MSFT , this is *still* in planning? Any estimate when it will be released?
Things like this are why it's impossible to generate many business level applications using PowerApps at the moment. How am I supposed to develop a staff tool containing private personal data when I have to store the spreadsheets in my personal OneDrive folder rather than accessing a secure Human Resources folder??
This seems like a major oversight that has been going on for years now.
It's possible in power automate why not power apps?
Any time frame?
