I've just had a call in from our CEO saying that he wants his PA to be able to file his emails into our CRM for him. What's the best way of going about this? I know she has access (thro Outlook) to his email folders and mailbox etc but can she track emails on his behalf? Thoughts and ideas please? When we've tried in the past we just get a message along the lines of 'Only items from default store can be tracked.'
