Disable auto-scrolling when setting a gallerys default value.

Being able to keep a selection of an gallery is important. But having the gallery auto-scroll to that selection should be an option to turn off.
Scenario when this is not wanted
When other controls update a gallery and the order of the gallery is changed. Auto-scrolling enabled and the user of the gallery will have his view changed and workflow will be effected.
