US date format sent from Powerapps

When I grab the date from a powerapp and input it into a flow for example on an e-mail it is always the US date format that is visible. I haven't found an easy way to fix this.

If in your app you want the date to be sent to a flow (or displayed to the user), you can use the Text function to format it in any way you want. For example, if you are passing a date to a flow in an expression like this:

MyFlow.Run(DatePicker1.SelectedDate)

You can instead of relying on the default date-to-text conversion, you can choose a format yourself:

MyFlow.Run(Text(DatePicker1.SelectedDate, "yyyy-mm-dd"))
