Update the official document for Restricted Entity in D365 CRM, that restrict the user access from powerapps license.
This out of date article has been existing for a long time, please update the article for the changes had been made in D365.
We are attempting to take advantage of the case entity and it still appears to BE a restricted entity. When we set up a basic PowerApp, we can not access the case entity unless we load the Dynamics Customer Service app. I am not sure if we are thinking about the changing of the status of this entity correctly.
