Version of examples applications power apps for teams : Inspection

Hi, 

 

Do you know why we can't download the last version with an app "Power app for teams" : Inspection ?

I don't know why I haven't this parameter but i want have the three points to choose my Version 1. I want delete the vesion 3 and upload the version 1.
