our primary use case of power apps depends on somehow allowing external people to access (either allow anyone to access readonly power apps or somehow allow external people to login without needing to register AD & powerapps)
Audrie, last year you wrote that the request was under review. Also one of your colleauges claiming that it does’t require major changes. It would be great to know if and whe. The option to be used for external users can be made available.
I'm 100% sure, if Microsoft allows PowerApps for anonymous users, there are some corporate relevant /irrelevant Android apps in the market, so PowerAp will eat everyone.
Agreed. This anonymous access would be a very nice to have in PowerApps. That said, at the moment you can combine PowerApps, Flow and Microsoft Forms and do exactly what you are wanting to do. I recently posted a tutorial video that explains how to do it -

You can invite external business partners, contractors, and third parties to run your company’s canvas apps. You can share your apps with any guest of your Azure Active Directory tenant.
It will be available in public preview in August 2019.
