We are continuing to take feedback, and hopefully you've seen we have made revisions to our pricing model to allow model driven apps to be used with a per app license. While this isnt your intial request (so I won't update this status to Completed) it does make model driven apps available to users at $10/User/App/Month. We still do not want to differentiate and charge Makers more, so they do not require an elevated license to create model driven apps.

This is something the team is working on.
Hi All - sorry for the delay in updating this suggestion - this is now available in the latest version of the Common Data Service.
Display names for Option sets (replacement for Picklists) are now used in data tables, forms and drop downs.
You need to be using an environment created after the 3/21/18 to see the new features - if you're using an existing environment, you'll be prompted in the coming weeks to be upgraded to the latest version.
Thanks again for the feedback!
We are happy to say that this feature is now available in the updated Common Data Service. You can now use the display name within your apps for Option Sets.
To use this feature you need to be on the latest version of the Common Data Service for Apps. For information about this update in geneneral, see : https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/cds-for-apps-march/
