This request has multiple sub requests in it.
Here is an update based on each of the requests:
1. Synchronous workflows has been enabled
2. Recurring workflows is definitely a good suggestion, and something that we can look into implementing in a future release. Please create a new idea or vote for an existing idea to allow for voting on this specific ask.
3. Asynchronous workflows that get triggered will execute under the context of the workflow's owning user. Please create a new idea in the event that this is not sufficient.
4. Looping functionality is a good suggestion, and something we can look at implementing in a future release. Note that Microsoft Flow and Azure Logic Apps do support the ability to query and loop over records. Using the CRM connector you may be able to solve your scenario that way.
5/6. Both of these are good suggestions and something that we could look at implementing in a future release. Please create a new idea for this so that we can prioritize the ask appropriately!
I will mark this feature as launched as the initial item has been launched. If there are more requests then please create separate ideas for them in order to ensure we can prioritize effectively!
