Hello guys, just a quick question, just noticed that something when you are opening an app "From excel file" saved in Onedrive, it takes quite time to donwload and open it. I only want to know if the power apps connect everytime with my excel file and donwload the content or in fact o nly the changed data is synchronized?   I am asking because if this is not in this way could be a possible ticket for improvements, resulting in less wireless data traffic and faster time.   Thanks in advance,   Regards ... I'd like to request the ability to share a Dynamics CRM connection the way I can share a SQL connection.   The purpose is this: I have a service account that is a member of several Dynamics instances. I'd like to provide the Contacts in those instances visibility to their open Support Cases (read only) As well as allow them to Open a new Case and send messages to the the Case owner.   The Contacts are usually not CRM Users of these instances, so they do not have read/write capabilities. Thus the need for the service account to be shared (but not visible).   Of course, I can accomplish this with a web app with a custom swagger api, but this could be a useful scenario for a business/power user to create this without touching code. ... Since delegation limits using local variables, we cannot access a list of My Opportunities, or My Cases. Need to access the views would fix this.   Better yet, if we could call and interact with the API endpoints instead of the schema fields only, that would increase functionality and make this tool extremely useful decreasing deployment time and increasing ability for organizations to support complex customizations without the need for code.   Thanks. Hello ,   I have successfully created a PowerApp form that "on submit" creates a calendar event on O356 calendar and also creates corresponding database entry. The event shows up on the calendar. Now I shared the app and the calendar with my team so they can use the PoweApp to creat events on the shared calendar. When they creae an event the I am getting an error on flow as below.   I need to the shared userd to be aboe to create the event on the calendar. Currently this functionality doesn't exist. I see that you guys justify the requirement to delete and recreate a custom api when the swagger file changes appropriates the infamous "by design" dev loophole.   since you don't justify the justification anywhere in documentation, i can only surmise that you think changing a swagger file is like changing regular apis. if this is the case, then your draconian assumption that the swagger changes are always breaking changes seems...well, draconian.   so please, do two things: document this "feature" of powerapps, and do it clearly. (you understand, don't you, that all your customers are powerapps rookies trying to learn by trial and error how to thrive in this brave new world of software development you offer us. forcing us to start from scratch with each thing we learn will not endear you to your customers.) do a much better job convincing us there is something peculiar to powerapps custom apis that warrants the "by design" designation. ... Whilst I can add Visual Studio Team Services connection into Power Apps, there doesn't seem to be a way to connect the team services connection to a browse list items layout.   It would be nice if we could connect up the power apps and show a list of work items e.g. user stories or tasks.    Thanks   John ... In this case we are looking to connect a list form to a drop down with values from a library and then lookup values from that library to populate  fields ie path, (link), author. The list is the driving factor in a presentation webpart which cross references documents.
