I am not sure what you mean by in vertical orientation. PowerApps studio should always open in landscape orientation, unless you are referring to the phone app player?

Azure DocumentDB connector is available.
Although the desktop App Studio is not supported for Win 7 users, you may continue to play and create apps using the Web Authoring Studio as long as you leverage a supported browser.

It is by design that PowerApps is not intended to be a tool for building apps for Public App Stores at this time. There are other tools that would be recommended for this purpose such as Xamarin:
