After invitation is created then actual email is not getting send

Hello All Experts,

I have created the invitation record for one of the contact. after that i have created the on demand workflow but actual email is not getting send.

 

for trial purpose i have created a sample gmail account and then added against one of the contact.

 

after that i have created the invitation record and send the invitation, but checking it in the gmail account i donot get any email from crm.

 

any help will be appreciable.

Hi

 

Have you checked in the CDS if the "e-mail message" record is being created? you can check that via Advanced Find

have you made any changes in the OOB invitation workflow? you usually need to update the sender and the content of the e-mail itself

Email message got created but unfortunately the actual email is not configured so it is not send actually to the user.
