App for showing user Outlook Calender on Sharepoint site (Today's View)

Hello,

We are in need of an app that can show user's today's Outlook Calender events on a SharePoint site. Reason is we want some dynamic personalized content on a Sharepoint Intranet homepage for the user. Is there an app available for this? If not, can one be built using power apps?

Thanks,

Valere

Hi @ValerieAn

Yes.It's very easy.Your can add a Calendar screen.

Otherwise,If you only want to get today's event you can add a gallery and set it's Items property to:

SortByColumns(
    Filter(
        Office365Outlook.GetEventsCalendarViewV2(
            LookUp(
                Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTables().value,
                DisplayName = "Calendar" /*"Calendar" is my Calendar's Name*/
            ).Name,
            Text(
                _minDate,
                UTC
            ),
            Text(
                _maxDate,
                UTC
            )
        ).value,
        Text(
            Start,
            DateTimeFormat.ShortDate
        ) = Text(
            Today(),
            DateTimeFormat.ShortDate
        )
    ),
    "Start"
)

You will probably have better response on a SharePoint forum or the Dataverse forum, this forum is for the PowerApps Portal product which doesn't fit your requirement.

Thank you for responding. The Calendar Screen (screen shot), is that an available app, or where can that be found in SharePoint currently?

Hi @ValerieAn :

 Calendar Screen is a standard screen,you could create a blank canvas app and then add a calendar screen.

 If you want to embed the canvas app in the Share point site, I suggest you refer to this link:
