Attachments in my Portal form

Hello.

How I can add a file attachment control to my form?

I've created a column in Dataverse tables, and when I add it to my form I see the message:

Hi @ppl

Please try the following steps:

1. Basic form > Basic form metadata > New Basic form metadata
2. Type as notes
3. Enable everything as true

Important step 4: setup notes permission ( Annotation)

So Basically, In the table permissions > Create New Permission and provide proper privileges for your entity once done as per the above screenshot create child table permission for "Annotation" Entity and provide privileges.

In portal Studio:

Sync Configuration > Browse website

Hope it helps.

Hi @ppl ,

File and Image fields aren't supported by Portal yet. Instead, in the additional settings of the basic form, you can select Attach File option which will render attach button on the portal (see more here). This attachment will be stored either as a note or in the Azure Blob Storage (you can configure that on the form as well).

Regarding the message that you see - you need to create a record first only then FIle and Image fields become available and this message is a default one.
