Cannot view SharePoint documents on a Portal page

My goal is to have a page on my portal display documents from a SharePoint site. I have followed the instructions on this page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents.

I have had the following results, in order of frequency:

1. You don't have the appropriate permissions- I get this error when I set the Mode in my Entity Form as Insert

2.  No records found- I get this error when I choose the Mode in my Entity Form as Edit or ReadOnly and set the Record Source Type to 'Record Associated to Current Portal User'

3. "An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [86c72f8e-819a-44a7-92b2-367251f296a4]". I get this error when I choose the Mode in my Entity Form as Edit or ReadOnly and set the Record Source Type to 'Current Portal User'

4. A form displays on the page instead of any documents, etc.- This happens when I check all the privileges on both the Entity permissions.

Besides redoing all the steps from the instructions multiple times, I have tried all the solutions suggested in the following posts:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Portals/You-don-t-have-the-appropriate-permissions-in...

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Portals/Power-Apps-Portal-don-t-show-forms-The-record...

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Portals/Can-t-view-SharePoint-docs-in-Portal-page/m-p...

However, I have not been able to fix my issue. I may have not followed some instructions correctly, and I'm guessing the issue is with my current configuration. Below I've uploaded screenshots of my most common error and my current configuration, which I created by following the first link in this post. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
