I started working on a Portals project but I can't see the clear cache button on the _services/about.
My user is listed under the associated contacts with the Administrators web role but I still can't see, anyone have a clue? Thanks
try the suggested from @hardikv
a sign-out/sign-in might resolve the problem.. or just an in private session
if it still doesn't work, you can force clearing the cache through other methods:

You can register with new contact/credentials and assign 'Administrator' role to that contact.
You can sync configuration from portal settings and try again.
Then try with your original login credentials.
