Hi @pedrodecarvalh ,

Please follow the below guide to send out email invitations to contacts

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/invite-contacts

Also, the following blog with video will help you to configure

http://benitezhere.blogspot.com/2018/03/updating-the-redeem-invitation-url-in-the-send-invitation-wo...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AftyWX99OI4&ab_channel=ElaizaBenitez

This will generate a unique invitation code for the contacts you are adding to the portal.

Hope it helps.

Hi, how will your users register into it?

Users in the end are represented by Contact records in your Dataverse. From there you can trigger Power Automate flow or classic D365 Workflows to send e-mails.

If you are looking for a Multi-Factor Authentication type of thing, I would recommend looking at Azure AD B2C authentication, but default MFA is enabled and this would be the recommended authentication method from Microsoft.

Hi Oliver,

The Registration will be using the Contacts records. I do understand about sending the email through flow or the classic worflow , what im not understanding is how will i be able to send the "url" so they can click and confirm...

How would i be able to create that URL of confirmation? And also how to make a Flow that will be triggered by that click?

Hi @ragavanrajan

Thanks for the links they were super usefull, specially the one from Elaiza Benitez (in her videos i also found the solution for another problem i had).

For my objective now I will need to create a workflow or plugin that will create an invitation so the Default Workflow is triggered because as I saw it, when the contact is created the Invitation code is not created... right?

Yes @pedrodecarvalh  that's right. Have a good day!
