Email filter in portal timeline

Hello,

I would like to filter emails with a specific domain name in the Portal timeline . So that they will not appear anymore. e.g. test.net.

Thanks

Hi @mnd

You can use a Regular expression filter for this scenario.  Have a look at the below article by @OOlashyn

https://www.dancingwithcrm.com/custom-lookup-filtering-powerapps-portal/

The idea here is to use custom javascript to include regular expressions for your filter.

Hope it helps.

Thanks  @ragavanrajan  for your help.

Can you explain to me how I can apply it in a timeline, to filter some domain names.

Thanks

Hi @mnd ,

Portal uses a specific view to show data in Timeline. It is called Portal Timeline View and is a system view for an Activity entity. You can add additional conditions to that view like with a regular view to filter out your emails.
