File Upload progressbar on portals

Hello

We have a CRM Portal website where the end users can attach large sized files. We would like to show progress bar on clicking the submit button on the the web page as the file uploads are taking time on form submit. We are flexible to give some sort of indication that the large file is being uploaded. Any help on this is very much appreciated.

You can build a custom PCF component for the portal to achieve this.

Thanks for the link. Interesting read. Not sure whether it will help in file uploads. My scenario is like this. Users uploads a large file. The Submit button turns into Processing on click. It takes about a minute for the success message window. During this one minute user does not know what is going on if they do not pay attention to the button. Is there a way to throw in a progress wheel while the portal is processing the request. Something like that will keep the user engaged in the proccess.

Are you using SharePoint subgrid or inbuilt Notes as attachments?
