Form doesn't show all fields

I created a main form for a custom CDS entity. I created a page in my portal with a form control configured to point at that entity. When I view the page, it doesn't show all the fields. See pics attached.

Any ideas?

Can you try renaming your CDS form to something else (Information2 for example)

Navigate via to your Portal Management app via make.powerapps.com --> apps --> Portal Management

locate your Entity Form record, open the record, make sure it has the correct form and tab associated

clear the cache / config and refresh the page

There are 2 ways of Creating a Web Page as I have understood so far. One is via The Web Page Designer and the another one is manually through the "Portal Management".

I suggest you check via "Portal Management" if you have Selected the Tab on that particular "Entity Form" that is being displayed on the "Web Page". Portal Navigation Screenshot attached for Reference.

Also check the below link and refer the NOTES mentioned. Check if your fields fall in any of those categories.

Thanks both for the help. Renaming the CDS form worked. Thanks!

@OliverRodrigues  Thank you so much for the help it worked like a charm. I have one question tough, how did this worked just after changing the form name in CDS, Why this was not working before??

PS: I had 3 information form in the CDS card, main and quick view form all named information. In the entity form before changing the name in CDS only the quick view form was populating but after i changed the main form name to information 2, i could see only the main form coming in the dropdown.

Hi @shiv_agrawal this behaviour has already been informed to Microsoft and they are investigating the issue, it seems that the Portals is not filtering by the form type, and sometimes is picking the wrong "information" form, for example the cards or quick view and not the main form.

As a best practice, I always set the CDS form name very specific to the Portal, and this avoids any confusion, either from the Portal side, or from another Developer looking to make changes to the forms
