Form not showing

I created a new portal

Created an entity and added fields.

Saved and created a form.

Published the form.

Added the form to the home page of the portal

Clicked publish, but the form is not showing.

Cleared the cache, but still the same result.

This is kind of wierd. There must be some step missing. Can you provide more details like what entity was there? Did you create any permissions on it etc.

Have you tested with other web browsers? 

Could you please take a screenshot of your issue? Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

I created a new entity.

Selected Main as the form and edited it and added in my entity fields.

Saved and published.

Brought the form into the page, selected it as Information.

Browsed the page in Edge, but nothing is shown.

Tried in Chrome also, but nothing there either.

It does not surprise me as Portals has been quit buggy for me since I started using it.

I noticed also that it did not create the management app when I created a new portal.
