We would like to give access to a webpage during a limited time. A contact receives an invitation, register, and has access to the page during 3 days. After that, he must contact us again and we grant another 3 days access.
I have set a PowerApps portal, I know how to send invitation, but I don't know how to limit the access to a specific page during 3 days. I can create a specific field on the contact entity, with the expiration date. But how can I read this info from the webpage, and change the content depending if this date is reached already or not ? I'm a beginner, any advice will be welcome 🙂
Hi @tissanfr,
You can use Classic Workflows for this (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/workflow-processes). You can restrict access to the specific web role, grant that role to the user when they redeem an invitation. Also on invitation redeem you can run a classic workflow that will wait until the expiration date and then remove a web role from that user.
