Can you click on this icon to open the email record?
Please open the Mailbox of the sender
Go to Settings -> Mail box Configurations
Check this user (Sender) Mailbox
Click on Approve Email and Test and Enable Mail Box and make sure outgoing Email Status is successful!
I have tried to do those changes but I am not having privileges to make those changes. So, I have asked the Admin team to make those changes.
I will post back with the status after the change.
