How to create multi steps survey with dynamics list in Power Apps Portal

Hi Team,

I saw that I can define the multi steps survey with the predefined survey page as:

However, I am looking for a way to create multi steps survey with dynamics survey pages (based on dynamics list).

Is this possible or Power Apps portal only support predefined steps?

I doubt it.  Did you create a table form with the survey in Dynamics and add it to a portal form to see how it appears?

Hi @nguhoa can you expand a bit more your requirements? Are you using customer voice here?

Advanced Forms in Power Apps Portals are based on Dataverse table forms / columns, so you can configure each step referencing a tab from a table form, and then show that in your Portals
